Charles T. Ganz began his career as a criminal defense lawyer at Trichter & Murphy, P.C. At Trichter & Murphy, P.C., Mr. Ganz focused primarily on representing individuals charged with Driving While Intoxicated all over the State of Texas. In 2013, Mr. Ganz left Trichter & Murphy, P.C. to open the Law Offices of Charles T. Ganz. Mr. Ganz still devotes a substantial amount of his time defending citizens accused of intoxication offenses such as Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Boating While Intoxicated (BWI), Intoxication Assault, and Intoxication Manslaughter. However, Mr. Ganz left the large firm to reduce the size of his caseload and is committed to keeping a smaller, more manageable caseload. The smaller caseload allows Mr. Ganz to focus half of his time on other misdemeanors such as prostitution, possession of marijuana, assault, terroristic threat, criminal trespass, evading arrest and more serious felony offenses such as aggravated assault, delivery and possession of a controlled substance, manufacture and distribution of a controlled substance, theft, robbery, sexual assault, murder, retaliation, and all other felony charges in Texas.
